2012학년도 가을학기 부전공 및 복수전공 이수 취소 신청 안내(학사과정)

 1. 신청기간 : 2012. 9.17(월) ～ 9. 28(금)

 2. 신청 절차 : 첨부된 소정양식(부전공, 복수전공 이수 취소신청서)을 작성하여

지도교수, 소속학과 학과장(또는 전공책임교수) 및 부전공 또는 복수전공 신청학과 학과장(또는 전공책임교수)의 승인을 받은 후, 성적표 1부를 첨부하여 학적팀에 제출

(이번 봄학기가 졸업예정학기로 부전공 또는 복수전공 이수요건을 채우지 못하는 학생은반드시 기간 내에

  취소하기 바람.)

 3. 기타

- 연차초과수업료를 면제받은 학생이 부전공 또는 복수전공을 취소하고자 하는 경우

면제된 연차초과수업료를 반드시 납부하여야 하며, 이를 납부치 않은 경우는 취소를

승인하지 아니함.

Guidelines for Cancellation of 2012 Fall Semester Minor/Double Major Application

(Undergraduate program)

1. Cancellation period : Monday, Semtember 17 ～ Friday, Semtember 28

  - Complete the attached minor/major cancellation form

  - Obtain signature of your advisor, the head of your department/division, and the head of minor/double major          department/division

  - Submit the form along with a copy of your transcript to the Academic Registrar's Team

(Students expected to graduate 2012 Fall semester who have not fulfilled their minor/double major requirements must cancel within the given period.)

2. Miscellaneous

- In case that students exempted from paying extra tuition fees charged for semesters in excess of eight (four years) cancel their minor/double major application, their exempted extra tuition fees have to be paid by themselves to get the cancellation approved.
